Once we understand your goals and match those with your exam findings, you’ll be recommended a plan of action. Each care plan offers fixed monthly visits that match the goals of that stage. Visits do not roll over.
1. Realigned Phase (Relief Care)
12 visits per month = $840/month

2. Restored Phase (Strength & Stability)
8 visits per month = $520/month

New Patient Visit — $350 per family.
Includes: Comprehensive history, Functional spinal exam, Neurologic & orthopedic testing, Posture & movement analysis, First chiropractic adjustment, and Personalized care recommendation.
Family Visit Fees
Family Chiropractic Visit (same time slot) — $145 per family visit.
A family is defined as parent(s) and children under 18, all scheduled in the same time slot. Family member in a separate time slot: +$50 per separate time slot.

Payments and Billing

Payment at Time of Service
All services—including new patient exams and individual visits—are due at the time they are rendered. This keeps things simple, honest, and predictable for everyone.
Membership Automatic Billing
Membership plans are billed automatically each month via secure encrypted billing. Plans renew monthly unless paused or cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
HSA & FSA Accepted
We gladly accept Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. Chiropractic care is fully eligible for most health benefit plans.
Crypto Payments
For those who prefer modern alternatives, we accept Bitcoin and major cryptocurrencies for individual visits and membership plans.

Insurance companies are designed for symptom management, not functional correction or lifestyle health. By remaining private-pay, we can offer the right frequency of care, transparent pricing, no denials or delays, and no surprise bills. Your care is based on what your body needs—not what an insurance adjuster approves.
Medicare & Insurance Notice
The Source for Natural Health is a private-pay practice and does not participate with Medicare or any public insurance programs.
Medicare only covers a very limited scope of chiropractic services — specifically, manual spinal manipulation to correct a vertebral subluxation when it is documented as medically necessary.
Medicare does not cover: Maintenance or wellness care, rehabilitative or corrective-program visits, X-rays or diagnostic imaging, exams or evaluations, lifestyle-based membership plans, or any additional therapies or services provided in our practice.
Because of these limitations, all services at The Source are self-pay and are not eligible for Medicare reimbursement. This allows us to provide the frequency and quality of care your body truly needs without restrictions, delays, or denials from insurance companies.
